These terms apply to your use of vkconsultingsolutions.com and to the free and paid resources we offer through it. The site is operated by VK Consulting Services LLC, doing business as VK Consulting Solutions, a Florida limited liability company. By using the site or buying from us, you agree to these terms.
The playbook, toolkit, articles and other materials are general information based on our experience. They are not legal, tax, accounting or investment advice. Every transaction is different, so have qualified professionals review your specific situation before you rely on any material.
The free playbook is provided for your own personal or internal business use. You may share the link to the download page, but you may not resell or republish the document.
When you buy the toolkit or another digital product, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the files for your own organization's internal use, including adapting the templates to your deals. You may not resell, share, publish or distribute the files, or use them to build a competing product or service. Paid access is for the purchasing organization only.
The toolkit contains illustrative templates. We do not guarantee that any template is complete, accurate or suitable for your circumstances or that it will produce any particular result.
Prices are shown on the site and are charged in the currency stated at checkout. Payments are processed by Stripe. Because digital products are delivered immediately, sales are final once you have downloaded the files. If you have a problem with your purchase, email info@vkconsultingsolutions.com within 14 days and we will work with you in good faith.
Services such as the Integration Readiness Audit are provided under a separate written agreement. If these terms conflict with that agreement, the agreement controls.
All content on the site and in our materials, including text, templates, graphics and the VK Consulting Solutions name, belongs to us or our licensors and is protected by copyright and other laws. Except for the licences above, no rights are granted.
Do not misuse the site, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, or use it for any unlawful purpose.
The site and materials are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost profits or revenue, arising from your use of the site or materials. Our total liability for any claim relating to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that purchase.
The site links to or embeds services from others, such as Calendly, Kit and Stripe. We are not responsible for their content or practices.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law rules. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Florida.
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed. Continued use of the site means you accept the updated terms.
